The brightly lit up yellow truck is open from 10am-2am most days and is known for its al pastor tacos with pineapple bits. Technically a stand, BCT serves everything from tacos to burritos and quesadillas. If you’re having a difficult time deciding between two options, come to BCT simply to enjoy the mouthwatering tortillas that they melt the cheese onto right in front of you! They also have cactus you can try as well as horchata. Located at 11341 National Blvd in Los Angeles, BCT is open all nights except for Monday, is cash-only and always crowded!
